Who We Are
ILF Products is a family-owned metal manufacturer, copper producer and stockholder based in Cannock, Staffordshire. From here, we support customers across the electrical, engineering, transport, construction and specialist manufacturing industries.
We were founded in 2003. Since then we have continually invested in our people, our stockholding and our manufacturing capabilities. We now offer customers far more than material supply alone.
Today, our operation covers UK copper production, extensive non-ferrous metal stockholding, cutting, punching, bending, CNC machining and finishing. Consequently, we can support requirements at every stage, starting with raw material and ending with components manufactured to customer-supplied drawings.

Our Journey
2003
ILF Established
ILF Products opens as a specialist metal stockholder, with copper as its main product from day one.
2020
A New Home
Continued growth brings a move into our 20,000 sq ft facility in Cannock, Staffordshire. The new home gives us additional space for stockholding and manufacturing, as well as room for further investment.
2024
UK Copper Production
A major investment in copper production equipment allows ILF to manufacture copper bar directly in the UK. That gives us far greater control over supply, lead times and production quantities for our customers.
From Material to Finished Component
UK copper production
Thanks to our own copper mill, we manufacture copper flat bar directly at our Cannock facility. In turn, customers gain access to UK-produced material alongside our wider stock range, all from a single supplier.
Extensive metal stockholding
Alongside production, we stock and supply copper, aluminium, brass, bronze, stainless steel and specialist metals in many grades, sizes and forms. 5083 and 7020 aluminium tube are among them.
Cut, punch, bend and machine
Our in-house manufacturing covers precision cutting, EHRT punching and bending, and CNC machining. That means we can produce components to your specification rather than simply supplying material.
Finish, inspect and supply
Where specified, finishing processes are incorporated before we inspect completed components and prepare them for delivery.
More Than a Metal Stockholder
Over more than two decades, ILF Products has grown far beyond traditional metal stockholding. Material supply and manufacturing share one Cannock site. That lets us support customers at several stages of their supply chain.
Some customers come to us for raw copper or aluminium. Others need material cut to size, custom copper busbars manufactured to drawing, or precision-machined components ready for their next production stage.
Having both on one site can simplify procurement and reduce the number of suppliers involved. It also gives customers greater control over how their requirements are fulfilled.
